What to include

The legal name, the document number if you have it, and whether you need status, the registered agent, or a list of recent filings. Email hello@floridaentitysearch.com or use the form. Please do not send passwords or a full Social Security number.

For a filing you need the State to accept, use Sunbiz e-file or the Division’s mailing address. We do not submit annual reports.
